I did this a while ago for Nuzlocke Forums "Draw Every Pokemon" project but didn't submit it here, only tumblr and the forums, and I don't even know why. I like this myself so why not. On the other hand, I don't want to spam you with all of my speedpaints but since I haven't submitted anything in a while I guess it's okay.

Milotic is a freaking cool Pokemon. Ridiculously hard to get but worth it. And it's a sea serpent. Heart

I experimented with the colours a little and I like how the sky turned out.
