Im glad I finally got this out; I originaly started it as an entry for Poke-fanclub's Draw Me A Pokemon event back when the theme was Zorua. Zorua is, as of right now, my favorite pokemon, so I figured id make a splash about it and do something big and fancy. But I started 2 days before the deadine and got skillblocked when I got to the back/shoulder/tail because I didnt know how to do fur on GIMP

Month or so went by, eventually I pick up CS5, revisit this thing and realize I still cant do fur. Well, yesterday morning I found an amazing little fur tutorial that came with some great brushes, and I gave them a shot and it worked! After lots of playing with colors, drawing fur and defining space (This was almost entirely on one layer, so the background was quite an adventure) I feel like I'm ready to throw this out for the world to see.
