In this fanart I used a mix between the colors of the manga and the anime. If you've read the manga or saw my analysis about its colors [link] , you already know that Rumiko Takahashi is inconsistent, and her characters don't have a definitive color. :D (Big Grin)

I always used the colors of the anime in my drawings, because I watched it first, and it is more common. But every time I reread the manga, I love more its story and how everything makes much more sense. Because of that, it's difficult to rewatch the anime, and I'm getting used to see the manga version of the characters.

So I took my favorite manga pictures, and colored Sesshoumaru and Kikyou using those colors as reference. I don't have a favorite between blue and brown eyes, because I think both can look equally gorgeous if the artist knows how to make it. I decided to try blue, because it's cold and calm, like Kikyou. I will probably make more tests until I find the way I feel more comfortable, but here is the result so far. :D (Big Grin)

The line art and colors were done in Paint Tool Sai, the background and effects in Photoshop 7.
