One of the most historical apples cultivated in the Fairy Forest and representing Gensokyo. It is said they were so named because the vivid, gentle redness of a fully ripened apple is like that of a child's cheek.
Known for its rather strong tartness, its red color shines quite vividly when it is made into jams and such. It can be used in all sorts of recipes without conflicting with other ingredients, improving and harmonizing with its surroundings as if by magic. It is thus highly prized by chefs from all quarters of Gensou World and is also known as the "Conjurer's Apple".
