Yes, exactly.
The “Add to pool” dialogue auto-completion suggests pools that aren’t marked as active, such as these two:

When trying to "Batch" multiple Pawoo posts, the artist name does not show up.
Tried it twice with this Pawoo post and while the artist has a Pawoo link in their wiki, the name doesn't show up. Artist is minamura_haruki.

This keeps happening to posts where I'm adding tags, anyone know what's happening? I added all the tags to someone else's 1-tag upload and then it turns out like this.
In some cases my entry is removed and the tags merged into the uploader's tags, is this the automated merging feature?

Well, there used to be a reason, when the image URL was normalized (under the hood) to be of the format "http://img.pixiv.net/img/USERNAME/". However, it's now normalized as "http://www.pixiv.net/member.php?id=ID_NUMBER" which is already being added anyways. So yeah, there's no longer any reason to keep it around.
I'll create an issue for it...

twintelle_(arms) is still not showing up in my auto-complete of Search bar, nor am I getting any Related tags on Upload page for this tag.

The edits in question were recorded as happening at the exact same time. You can see this if you hover the times to see the full timestamps. If two edits have the same timestamp, the site may display them out of order because it can't tell which one really came first.

Refreshing saved searches upon logon was removed back in March. I believe they are now updated once a day. I'll update the wiki.

Wasn't aware of that, but it's been a few days since I added one of the tags and it still doesn't actually populate into the list. It's there when I got to manage my saved searches, but images of it do not appear in the generated queue.

I've got three branches of saved searches, I only just added Lolicept to my artists one so it's less than a day, but I added Kamoi_(kantai_collection) to my characters saved search branch a few days ago and posts with the tag still aren't appearing. The other characters under that list were migrated over from being a tag subscription and are working fine.
Actually, looking I see both tags are on their respective lists now. But neither are loading images into the queue, the Lolicept one is new enough that I'd expect it not to but Kamoi_(kantai_collection) still isn't either.
There's no limit to the saved searches is there? Between everything I've got 30 tags, although it was 28 before adding those two recent things.
