The artist has usually high quality art output. Not sure why this one failed approval.

I will insist with both because I don't see reasons why they aren't approved
the first because that artist has other images uploaded here with the same quality and the second because there are many images detexed by third parties uploaded here too

The first two I guess I could understand if they thought they were low quality, but it doesn't seem like it was the case. They just didn't like it. And the other two, I mean, I didn't see how I could go wrong with three hot champions.
Also, this is unrelated, but I've noticed the 'pending approval' message on top of the posts only seems to list the approvers who saw it on the third day? I don't know why. Maybe it's normal, or maybe it's a weird coincidence.

That's normal for non-approvers, we approvers see it the whole duration.
