Not too worried about it becoming an arttag, though it does prevent searching for some posts without a known/unknown artist using the arttags:0 query

Well, one could append the pixiv username/id as a qualifier like what Hillside Moose did:

karaage_(torikkk)

maruta_(miyoshi) (full username: miyoshi-344)

yuu_(pixiv2346642) (seems easier on the eyes than 7862260010. Yuu also seems to be the artist's given name)

shinobu_tama (the artist's real name; completely missed that, sorry!) or shinobu_tama_(soya) if necessary

No on this one. We've been trying to get away from Pixiv qualifiers for years now and have an entire thread dedicated to renaming these artists (forum #19015). Go with yuu_(7862260010); it's cumbersome, but it's the best we can do.

If it's the artist's real name, then the qualifier is unnecessary. shinobu_tama is fine.
