We do, via help:upload. Danbooru is and has always been a curated art repository. Also, there are some approvers that don't approve or upload is:nsfw posts at all and some even blacklist it, so even if you're being inflammatory out of personal indignation, it is just wrong to say they all look at porn, lol.
Tagging has no bearing on the approval of an image, it's up to if approvers like it enough or not and if the images don't have any glaring issues. The posts you put up are... not really that good, any of them. Quality is subjective, and the same way you personally deem them high quality, they personally deem them low quality and thus they aren't approved. So yes, you'll be fine as long as you follow the rules and upload good art, but you haven't done the latter, and you're starting to veer off the former.
Quality takes time to get an eye for. You can check out which posts do get approved and go from there. Even I had the same complaints early on, and even pretty recently, about what I thought was quality not going through. A lot of my first uploads were deleted and I maintained 20 slots for a very long time without ever getting more due to getting a lot of deletions. Though over time, I worked on my quality issues.
I have a lot of old forum posts complaining about the modqueue/approval process, and I've made 4 public favgroups broken up into 2-month periods as a personal "study" of what was considered low quality and built up an eye to avoid similar issues in such posts going forward. If your posts aren't getting approved, you should try looking for something different. The content you have just doesn't jive with approvers, and it probably wouldn't jive with the userbase either (i.e. it would get flagged).
