Yeah, it's easy to forget since the general reception/reasoning is "disinterest" which is pretty vague to discern in how to improve what kind of uploads one should be aiming for and any answer given is just automatically accepted as a hive mind thought. Obviously not the takeaway or the case whatsoever.

I've appealed the post which no one approved in 3 days and the reason is "Bad perspective and depth imo".
Seriously? Do the approvers become picky recently? Though it's come from same illustrator.

I am not an approver. However, you were fortunate enough to be given a reason, and I personally wholeheartedly agree with that reason. Her foot looks like it's floating and not connected to her body. The perspective just looks really wonky, and I can see why it would rejected when it is so glaring.
Also, just because an artist has a lot of their gallery here does not mean all of them will make it through.

Not really, here are approved posts with disapproval messages. You just need one person to approve a post.

gemba_(dlfms75) borscht_(artist) boppin kinomiki_nobori
While recent works from them appear to me of equal quality, some of them get through, while other don't.

This image was previously disapproved twice. This image looks really good, definitely in comparison with many other bikini artworks that get approved. Is there something that I’m missing that could be wrong with the artwork?

I'd say weird proportions. If it cut off right below the breasts, I'd like it a lot more, but her lower body is really small.
post #6336949 This is a good piece that was approved months ago but was needlessly flagged recently despite its superior quality compared to the other pages in the mini-comic, I recently appealed the other pages so that people can see the context of the approved piece, but it seems someone felt the need to flag the approved post.
the score is 14 on the piece, a high score for a piece that isn't porn on a site that is porn oriented, meaning that the score actually means something, it means they didn't upvote it because of tits, ass, dick & pussy, they upvoted it because they saw it as a genuinely good piece of art that appealed to them in other more pure ways and artistic reasons other than their libido, so yes, from that perspective I do think that the score matters because it speaks of the volume for the quality of the image, each upvote is precious because it actually means something more than just "it got me off therefore I upvote"
now that my perspective on voting has been established and explained, I ask for the piece to be approved again, its flagging was not necessary to begin with.
