Accepting this alternative to forum #347620 as it can't be accepted due to aliasing a chartag. From it:

1. Accepted as-is.
2. Skipped due to chartag category.
3. Changed to be name_(qualifier) instead of only the Twitter handle.
4 and 5. Accepted as is, but had the 2018 tag set the history instead by aliasing it first.
