I might be reading this wrong but can't you just put the alias you want by editing the artists profile page?
For example, if you go to chun_(pixiv75764), click on edit and then enter achunchun in the alias box you can alias achunchun to chun_(pixiv75764).

How about this:
yuuki_(pixiv107834) -> either yuuki_(yuuki107834) (blog handle name) or yuuki_(yuuki1103) (Pixiv handle name).
The pixiv username is "★Yuuki", so for lack of an alternative nonnumeric, how about yuuki_(star)?

edit: Actually it doesn't even matter, his name on his blog is listed as ヤテンゲツ which is yatengetsu.

No it isn't. sora_tsuki was a separate artist a few minutes ago before I changed it to sora_tsuki24. I suggested the qualifier because it needed it.
