Several Silly Sausage Tag-Related matters.

BUR #36020 is pending approval.

create implication hot_dog -> sausage
create implication tako-san_wiener -> sausage
rename frankfurt -> frankfurt_(city)
mass update frankfurt_(city) sausage -> -frankfurt_(city) frankfurter

A Hot Dog is described on it's wiki page to be either a sausage in a hot dog bun, or a sausage on a stick. Either way, it should imply that there's an actual sausage involved. (and there's currently no easily-searched cases of, for example cattails being used as false sausages.

Likewise with the tako-san_wiener, which is just another style of serving a sausage.

On a more ambiguous note, there is the frankfurt tag. It seems this is being used to describe two very different things: the type of sausage, and the city called Frankfurt the sausage came from. the latter is what the current wiki article is for, so this update disambiguates it and adds a new tag of frankfurter.

This is done to be in line with the chorizo and salami tags, which are also types of sausages. However, before or after this update, only one of the three is populated enough to be implicated to sausage (Chorizo, and only barely). There's also the fact that pepperoni, a decently populated tag thanks to the pizza, is actually a type of salami as well - and therefore, ALSO a type of sausage as well. So that probably needs an implication too?

There is definitely some silly sausage business.

hot_dog -sausage

hot dog with a penis instead of a sausage

That's running into the issue that hot dog is being used to refer to both the sausage and the sausage and bun combo (so applicable for simulating a hot dog even when there is no sausage), ala the issue with ramen being used for the noodles and the dish, leading to cases like post #4432321 having no noodles but having noodles appear due to that tag's implication.
