I wanna rename the tags that I created, but how?

See help:bulk update requests. Depending on what the tag is (ETA: and how recently it was created), it may not be necessary to make a BUR and you can just remove the bad one and fix it by hand.

So I can just deprecate the tags and create new ones?
You can create new ones but there's no point deprecating the old ones. Deprecation is for preventing a tag from being added and is meant to phase it out of posts eventually culminating in a nuke. Tags with no posts to them are cleaned up. So just remove the bad tag and create a new one. Again, though, it depends on the recency of the tag, post count and how controversial the change may be. You still haven't mentioned what the tag(s) in question are.
Not sure why you didn't respond. For the sake of having it in the thread: they replaced Yue (Exorcist Onmyoji) with Tsuki (Exorcist Onmyoji) but blanked out the old wiki instead of just making a new tag and renaming the wiki page to the new tag. I reverted the wiki blank-out but deleted the page.

Ok so I can rename the wiki page to the new tag. Got it.
BUR #33768 has been approved by @nonamethanks.
create alias yue_(exorcist_onmyoji) -> tsuki_(exorcist_onmyoji)
The character's name is 月, which is romanized as "Yue" in Chinese and "Tsuki" in Japanese, so both names are valid. Apparently, the English release opted to use the Japanese name despite the game being Chinese in origin.

The English introduction on Steam uses the pinyin instead. How inconsistent.
It's unlikely that the game is Chinese though, more like Taiwanese.
