Unalias eyes_out_of_frame -> head_out_of_frame

remove alias eyes_out_of_frame -> head_out_of_frame

Previously discussed in topic #8534, topic #19442

Whole head out of frame and only eyes out of frame gives different vibes. See also: cutting_out_below_the_eyes_is_hot_(meme).

We can rename the current tag to "whole head out of frame" if there if fear of mistagging.

I don't think there's any chance this won't turn into a mess we'll have to revert in a year, but let's see how it goes.
