Unalias eyes_out_of_frame -> head_out_of_frame

Well the tag isn't called whole_head_out_of_frame so I think it's fine to use it for half heads out of frame too, as long as the eyes are outside it fits the same theme.

It also isn't called half_head_out_of_frame.
For me, this reads like the whole head is indeed out of frame. Doesn't make sense for me to only consider the part over the nose as part of the head.

eyes_out_of_frame wouldn't work for characters who don't have eyes though, like xenomorphs.
there's also cases where only one eye is out of frame like post #2604841 , or only one eye is partially out of frame like post #2365989.

i kind of agree that the name head_out_of_frame isn't the most intuitive, but consider that the more general tag out_of_frame also means 'partiallly-out-of-frame'.

i don't see this minor naming discrepancy as a big enough problem to try and redefine the tag -- consider that you'd have to go through the 11K posts and validate their *_out_of_frame usage.

according to the wiki, head_out_of_frame has meant fully-or-partially out-of-frame for at least the past 10 years.

The issue is that head out of frame on danbooru is supposed to mean "upper body focus but without the head". Unfortunately there's no easy tag name for this, and the tag currently has a lot of posts that would be considered mistags under that definition. I see a lot of mistags under head_out_of_frame -solo for example.
post #4800880, post #4799790 are examples of wrong usages of this tag.

Changing it to eyes out of frame would still have the same issue, and could potentially spiral into an even worse problem as users would start tagging both eyes out of frame and head out of frame in the same picture.
