create alias gewehr_98 -> mauser_98

Wikipedia said:
The Gewehr 98 is a German bolt action rifle made by Mauser, firing cartridges from a five-round internal clip-loaded magazine. It was the German service rifle from 1898 to 1935, when it was replaced by the Karabiner 98k...

Found out that there are two different tags for the same series of rifles. Gewehr 98 has 7 posts, while Mauser 98 has 500+. I do not want to manually nuke it despite having very few posts, but aliasing can be a good way to prevent others from making duplicate tags.
However I'd favour aliasing it the opposite way, while Mauser was not the only company that manufactured them. Feel free to change the alias into the better option. It's all up to Danbooru staff decision after all.

Update

The Chinese Type 24 - better known as the Chiang Kai-Shek Rifle - was nothing more than a local copy of the German Mauser rifle.

  • There is Type 24 (Chiang Kai-Shek rifle) which has 5 posts. Should I add it into the Mauser 98 alias in order to reduce tag bloat?
  • There is also Wz.29 (6 posts) which is basically a Polish variant despite the existence of a Girls' Frontline character that represents it. I think it's better to add it in order to prevent duplicate tags, again.

create alias type_24_(chiang_kai-shek_rifle) -> mauser_98
create alias wz.29 -> mauser_98

I was waiting for others' further suggestions and thoughts regarding this issue for many hours. Even there are no confirmative response from the mods to add other alias or not. You did not even say if the aliases should go into Gewehr 98 or othwewise.
Decided to propose an utility alias into the main gun name tag, because they have no distinct visual features other than being niche, locally-produced variants of the venerable Mauser 98. The rest of reasons are posted above.
