Casual seems wrong given that only Fuwamoco's can be said to be casual. Biboo has called hers Code:81800 and Nerissa called hers an office lady outfit or a DEO outfit (demon executive officer). Shiori used the hashtag #ShioSleuth so it could easily be called _(detective) or _(sleuth).

We should be getting rid of Nth_costume tags, not perpetuating them. If _(bikini) and _(goth) are good names then use them.
And it should be written spite_(2nd_costume)_(vtuber) not spite_(vtuber)_(2nd_costume). Yes, other vtubers follow this format, but those are wrong too. Here _(vtuber) is short for _(indie_virtual_youtuber) and it's acting as the copyright tag.

Giving the fact Gura mentions she said it gives a more "casual" feel then her other outfits, I think it'll be best if we called it her "Winter casual".

Was following how it was for other vtubers which have the _(vtuber) after their name (although Shiguri Ui follows the example you said)

So you disagree with the decision reached back in forum #260933 which argues that (vtuber) is not a copyright qualifier but a disambiguation qualifier.

It seems wrong, but Hololive themselves announced them as 'casual', complete with #AdventCasualOutfits. The name usage here is official. Meanwhile, on Nerissa specifically, Marine's Businesswoman costume was referred to as her "OL" costume in the original Japanese text on hololive Closet. So if Nerissa's costume was added to hololive Closet and it wasn't called Casual there too, it's likely that they'd call it her Businesswoman costume just to keep consistent with Marine.
