Qualifying Chen

BUR #13904 has been rejected.

create alias chen -> chen_(touhou)
create alias chen_(cat) -> chen_(cat)_(touhou)
remove alias chen -> chen_(touhou)
deprecate chen

Incredibly ambiguous name, should be qualified.

EDIT: Just saw this was previously discussed at forum #184809. While I don't think some of the other single name Touhou characters need qualifiers, I still stand by this BUR as Chen is a very common Chinese surname and shouldn't be an unqualified tag.

I'm not against this, however there hasn't been a need to qualify the tag for years. The only popular chen i can think of beyond chen touhouproject is ch'en arknights, which is written differently anyways.
The only characters named Chen i can find in the autocomplete are chen hai (azur lane), which has around 150 posts, and chen gong (fate), with about 70 posts.
Given this, i somewhat doubt the usefulness of this qualifier.

I don't find it necessary, but I don’t know, people used the same reasoning to qualify Kaito and Meiko.

The difference is that Kaito and Meiko are a very common given name, so it could be confused with other characters with those names.
