Qualifiers for Touhou characters with short and ambiguous names

BUR #5330 has been rejected.

create alias rumia -> rumia_(touhou)
create alias daiyousei -> daiyousei_(touhou)
create alias koakuma -> koakuma_(touhou)
create alias chen -> chen_(touhou)
create alias lord_tenma -> lord_tenma_(touhou)

As already happened to PC-98 (post #17680) and is naturally done touhou characters with short/ambiguous names from new games (e.g Seiran, Ringo, Junko) and Print Works (e.g Tokiko), there are still characters which can lead to some ambiguity and tagged only with the single name:

*for Lord Tenma and Chen the ambiguity is in their names itself (i mean, it can easily have another character woth the name "chen" or "tenma"
*for Daiyousei/Koakuma the ambiguity comes by the meaning of their names.
*At last for Rumia as her name is in kana, the transliteration can lead to things like "Lumia", being also ambiguous

I've not added the remaining "single name" characters here (Cirno, Wakasagihime and Sekibanki) since i still don't know if their names are "too ambiguous" to need qualifiers

I think Chen is the only one on that list that needs a qualifier because it's an actual common name. The rest I don't think need qualifiers since they're distinct enough names within the fandom and those who would mistake the names are probably a very tiny minority. Lord Tenma, maybe, but search the name up and the first page is full of Touhou results and the Pixiv tag (天魔霖) is distinct enough.

The bulk update request #5330 (forum #184809) has been rejected by @evazion.

Well, you're not wrong that we're doing this for most newer Touhous and for older PC-98 Touhous. This will just have to be an exception to the rules because of how well-known and established these tags are within Danbooru.
