Just look at the filename, this is definitely AI art. It even has "\{\{Jtveemo\}\}" in the filename.

Been a while. Flag without a tag.
Literally every other image uploaded by that artist has been deleted for being AI-gen, I'm inclined to think that one is as well.

Every other post by this artist has been flagged as AI-generated. While the resolutions are high, I'm inclined to think they've just been upscaled unless there is solid proof of an artistic process somewhere that I couldn't find.
