Usually I use IQDB to check if what I want to upload has already been uploaded. This past week IQDB has been down so I want to know if there is any alternatives that cover wide range of japan 2D-based site (like boorus, sankaku, 0chan).
I mostly reupload from Pixiv and although the bookmarklet can find similar pic, it doesn’t work if I upload the pic directly using upload form (in case I have a picture that got deleted by the artist).

Saucenao covers some booru sites, pixiv, a very small subset of Twitter and a bunch of other minor places. Ascii2d covers some subsets of pixiv, nicoseiga and twitter.
Yandex with site filtering (settings icon → "On this site" → enter URL) is reported to work well too.

We host our own version of iqdb here, if you use the bookmarklet you'll automatically see similar pictures in the upload page.

Because it is not known about the timing of the restoration of access, then what to do with the mention in the wiki?

It'll probably be a while, if ever.
<Xamayon> piespy heard yesterday that OVH has handed the server over to the abuse investigation team, and that support can't help him anymore. That makes me think it'll probably stay offline for a while.
<Xamayon> reading online, servers that go that route rarely ever get re-enabled, and even getting data off is unlikely.
piespy has backups, though.
That said, there's no decent level iqdb clone that exists that could be added to any wiki articles at this juncture, or at least none that I know of.
