That picture returns a iCCP CRC error, it's basically got some corrupted pixels somewhere.

Can/Should this post be replaced to the non-watermarked version?
There's also a version on pixiv with less severe watermarking but higher res, but I don't want there to be more unnecessary variants. Ideally two at most.

Since it looks like this one has been skipped, is there anything preventing it from being replaced? Current image comes from a third-party source, the proposed replacement is a cover from Apple Music. According to ascii2d the artist did post a first-party version at some point, but it's no longer up and it was worse than a lossless 3000x3000 PNG anyway.

The original source seems to be a bad link fan-scan. This one is from the official Manga Time Kirara Twitter, has a higher resolution, and is less blurry.
(The first post of the topic says replacements are fine if the first source is third-party)
