remove alias nailpolish -> nail_polish
remove alias nail_varnish -> nail_polish
remove alias painted_nails -> nail_polish
remove implication painting_nails -> nail_polish

Reason: Related to a previous BUR of mine

Nail_polish and toenail_polish aren't good tags.

Nail polish is not necessarily colored, so it is not necessarily visual. Painted_nails (after considering the caveats mentioned in the other topic) is a clearer, more precise description. It also allows painted_fingernails and painted_toenails to be subcategorized in a natural way.

Next time, please don't make (painted fingernails) and start tagging the replacement tag(s) before a consensus have been reached, it just makes it more work to clean up in case it gets rejected. Thank you.

Sorry, initially there were some additional lines to the effect of imply painted_fingernails -> painted_nails, imply painted_toenails -> painted_nails, and it was complaining about a lack of a wiki for painted fingernails, so I thought I needed to create one.
