Neckwear/Eyewear/Footwear re-tagging

As a heads up (don't think an alias will be accepted since it's only 8 posts currently), I've moved adjusting_another's_glasses to adjusting_another's_eyewear to be consistent with the other aliases.

As the wiki shows, there's also the loose_bowtie tag that will need to be aliased to be consistent. Before either is done, the implications need to be removed, though.

I have to question whether or not the kerchiefs count as neckwear when they're mostly on serafukus.

The kerchief wiki reads like it's supposed to be an umbrella tag linking neckerchiefs, head scarfs, and handkerchiefs, but instead of being used with those tags, most current uses are instead of those tags, which is ambiguous.

-1 for the implication because the handkerchief and head scarf uses aren't neckwear.

I'm also in favor of getting rid of the kerchief and color_kerchief tags altogther, since they don't add much to the image; we already have tags for which kind of kerchief it is, so a generic kerchief tag doesn't seem very useful, since the three uses are so different.

The color_neckerchief tags are already aliased to their respective neckwear tags, if that helps. That alias was made in this very thread, in fact.

Agreed, kerchief seems like a good candidate for a disambiguation page. I don't see much use in the color_kerchief tags either, but some people seem to think we need color-specific tags for practically everything, even sponges and curtains.

Yeah, people are being to trigger-happy in making colour tags for things to fill out the tag list with, like towels and earrings.

Both tags have less than 600 posts combined.
I just came across post #3992367 which has a removed neck ribbon, and we should have a general tag for removed neckwear instead of creating neck_ribbon_removed.
