It's a mistranslation, they do mean Olga Marie. It's the official translation used in Fate/Grand Order: First Order, which can be seen in Daisuki's official stream of the movie online: http://www.daisuki.net/us/en/anime/detail.FateGrandOrder.html

Crunchyroll does use Olgamally but also acknowledges Olga Marie in this article: http://www.crunchyroll.com/anime-news/2016/12/15/additional-fategrand-order-first-order-anime-character-designs-previewed

The official Japanese anime website does use "Olgamally", but the official English subtitles on Crunchyroll use "Olga Marie" as we already have it. Honestly the latter makes more sense as a transliteration to me.

Type-moon back at it again with the naming inconsistency. I'm inching on the side of Olgamally Animusphere though, given it's more in touch with the original Japanese name (オルガマリー as compared to オルガ・マリー).
