create implication cowgirl_position -> girl_on_top
create implication reverse_cowgirl_position -> girl_on_top

It's a boy though :P
But seriously, I thought the tag "cowgirl position" is used exclusively for the females. Henceforth it's named as "cowgirl".
See topic #10836, topic #9038. Note that the cowgirl position tag refers to the person on top as "the receiving partner", not "the girl". If there were a more general-neutral term for this position in common usage, we'd probably use that as a tag instead. Splitting the tags up and creating cowboy position and reverse cowboy position tags based on a technicality would be pedantic and ridiculous.

What's with riding position?
In Germany we call this "Reiterstellung", which pretty much translates to "riding position", but in the English-speaking world this position is mostly known under the term cowgirl position, I suppose.
Nevertheless, EN Wikipedia calls it "woman on top", "cowgirl position" or "riding position".

That's where I have this from :P.

Perhaps a synonym like cowhand would do?
A person employed on a cattle ranch; cowboy or cowgirl.

Cowhand position? xD
This term is nonexistent. No one would find this tag without a widely known alias like cowgirl position.
The best neutral alternative would be the term @Provence suggested (riding position).
In my opinion people should just get over the "girl" part in cowgirl position and think a little bit more open-mindedly. Above all, the wiki entry already reflects this view.

That's asking a bit much from a website looked at as a porn site.
Getting back to the original bulk update request, I don't agree with it. Sure, the term isn't gender neutral but that's the most common term for the position. Also, girl on top is a gender specific tag.

What is about the riding position?
I dunno. Riding position sounds more general, like riding on top of a person. Personally I would prefer to keep cowgirl_position as is.

I wasn't saying that we should get rid of the "girl" part. On the contrary, I think we should keep cowgirl_position.
