What's the difference between cat_food and dog_food? Both tags are relatively old, yet neither has a wiki.

Many of the posts with these tags have a cat or dog present (or a character with the respective type of animal ears), but when that isn't the case, as with post #5037765, it seems like the choice of tags amounts to random guessing.

Is there even any value in keeping these two tags separate instead of using a combined pet_food tag?

I think aliasing them to pet food is the way to go.

Do not post questions at random if you did not find the topic #8235. Create a topic in this case.

For change a tags:
Small post count - open tags and press "Edit" for a searched tags;
Many post count - create BUR as "rename" or "category".
