I haven't the slightest how to tag what's going on in the background. Any pointers? Not even sure if it's super necessary besides some major aspects of it considering it's blurred and might not be so useful trying to find it in search.

While the background is blurry, the window is an eyecatching feature, so I would add that along with muntins to describe the type of window, and backlighting for the light that it's casting and the glow it creates around her.
The sea of flowers are also an important feature that's also reflected in her lingerie, so floral background along with pink flower and purple flower.
Going further with colors; Kafka's color is purple, but that combined with the lingerie, the overall hue of the image, and the flowers, I would consider adding purple theme as well.
