I'd say:

• Implied rape instead (could've been assaulted post-sex), and yes.
• Don't know but based on how scars are tagged I think the only such tags to see much use are those describing facial injuries. Tags for injuries to other body parts may exist with only 1/2-digit post counts.
• No – no dismemberment, organs, exposed muscle, etc., 'just' a realistic amount of blood; and the injuries are, while numerous, not mutilative. Might want to tag death.

If you uploaded the picture to Danbooru, from the original source, before it got deleted, then yes it's a bad id. See user:Sessyoin_Kiara bad_id cacao_(chocotto), I uploaded a collection to Danbooru years ago and the artist eventually deleted it, before I started actually posting the illustrations.

If your source is a third-party, you should use third-party source instead: post #6308120.

If it's from the web archive, there's archived_source.
