Edit: seems it's called "yeonji", "gonji" is the name for the third dot on the forehead and together they're called yeonji gonji, so I made that tag.

animal collar. There's also dog tags, but I'm not sure if that's supposed to apply to actual pet tags, or just the soldier kind.

Dog tags are the military kind only.

There is a mechanical broom tag that is somewhat this.
