Also, while I'm posting, is there any tag that can encapsulate Ikazuchi's crazy actions in the middle panel? Or the fact that Shirayuki is sitting calmly in the midst of it all without paying it any attention at all?

Concur with Provence. If you draw an imaginary line up through the character's midline, it shows the character at a slant roughly equal to the background.

Since both wikis contradict themselves I'd say kemonomimi_mode and furry don't exlude each other, but I just wanted to ask if in these cases an exeption should be done.

They do exclude each other and the wiki could be more clear. Ears and/or tail, maybe _some_ fur (something like Imaizumi_Kagerou) is kemonomimi, more animal-like features like snout, full fur or whatever is furry. So, in this case, furry only.
