not dress. They're how the first version of gem uniform would look like when undress (from manga).
There're press studs or something at the crotch, so they normally look like black shorts suit.
The way we tag most of "gem uniform" with shorts is bugging me for a while, but meh, that's how it look like.
Don't know how to tag them, but I think they're white leotard with collar and black, short & tight jumpsuit?

The reason I got confused was that the white part looks like a hybrid between a leotard/swimsuit and a collared shirt while the black part looks like a hybrid between a short jumpsuit and a jacket.

I'm drawing a blank on what the third character (monster?) behind the "Self-Restraint" text featuring the zombie from Resident Evil's pre-remake intro movie and the oni from Ao Oni is, or what series it's from. If I didn't know any better I would have assumed it was the mewling and hissing boy from Ju-On / The Grudge, but I don't believe he's ever featured quite that shade of pale white or with red blood in a grin. Anyone else more familiarized with horror games have any idea?

I don't see a petticoat at all. Are you referring to the clothing's inner lining? Note that the same pattern is visible inside the sleeve.

Oh, I see the snaps at the crotch now. Such a bizarre garment, almost like a legless adult-sized onesie. Dress and shirt definitely aren't right, but I wouldn't tag leotard either; leotards are supposed to be more close-fitting. Short jumpsuit is probably the closest tag we have, but it still seems wrong.
