Post upload limits

I'd be in support of a 23 hour upload slot regen time too. Sounds reasonable.

Just an update... issue #3294 has been fixed (revising the upload slot reset), but it still awaits deployment. It will change the reset time period to a 23 hour window.

23h wait feels a lot better to use.

I only have 8 posts waiting for review, but the upload limit shows 13/24. What’s the problem with the 5 occupied positions?

post #7451789 was manually deleted in under three days, which costs 5 upload slots. The slots will be freed after the three days.
