Guess they probably are the same artist then, but if the only evidence of that is images the artist deleted then that probably means the artist wants their two accounts/names to stay separate and people not know they're the same. So why would we alias the two names together if the artist wants them separate?

We do that for LOTS of artists.

So you're saying umino_mokuzu is ambiguous, with it referring to both a character and an artist?
Then umino_mokuzu shouldn't be used for either the character or the artist. It should be left as a disambiguation page.
I moved everything to umino_mokuzu_(shizumisou).
If any of the images there are of a character and not from the artist, please separate out into the appropriate new qualified character tag. And then update the umino_mokuzu wiki with links to both. I'm not sure who the character in question is.
Not sure about this one, henreikai -> kawarajima_kou? Right now images from one pixiv account is split into two tags.
