create alias ex-meiling -> hong_meiling
This is currently an implication. Since the EX tag is no longer used, it should be an alias instead.

The dragon Meiling tag should definitely implicate the base hong_meiling tag. All other alternate form character tags do.

I support deleting the tag instead. It's neither canon nor something that cannot be found with hong_meiling dragon_girl/hong_meiling animalization dragon instead.
Not to mention that lumping 2 different concepts into a single tag is a bad idea.

It doesn't appear this worked, the alias is stuck in processing.
I think you need to delete the implication first:
remove implication ex-meiling -> hong_meiling
remove alias ex-meiling -> hong_meiling (since it's bugged)
create alias ex-meiling -> hong_meiling

Submitting that was broken too, so I think albert has some stuff to fix at the moment. I can't open more than a handful of forum threads either (albert has been notified), which has put my (terribly delayed!) forum run-through on hold.
I'm currently skimming the aliases/implications queue and approving from there (for ones that users have submitted the formal way) any that seem blindingly obvious enough, but I'll have to hold off on anything that I think I need to look at the thread for.
This also means there will be a bunch approved for which I didn't reply to the thread, but they were done.
As for why I'm able to open this thread and not most others, I dunno.
