Seems pretty straight forward. I would suggest the same for a lot of the things listed under holding's wiki page, such as holding_fork.
Excuse me because I think I've asked this before. Can you make multiple implications requests at once?

We have a holding tag? Can I ask what that tag accomplishes? It applies to pretty much everything, you need hundreds of holding_x tags and nobody will ever search for holding itself.

There are things that don't fall under any of the holding_x tags. The holding page even lists some.
