I think it's a weird pun. "hiruberuto kuukan" is the Japanese term for Hilbert space. In this case though, the "hiru" part is written with the kanji for noon rather than in katakana. I doubt it's just a coincidence since "complex noon belt space" makes no sense, but "complex Hilbert space" is apparently an actual thing (not that I understand what that thing is).

So fukuso_hilbert_kuukan would be my best guess. fukuso_hiru_belt_kuukan wouldn't be wrong either.

The romanisation is way too long so I went with "turn-around-loop". Any better ideas? And if yes, how to change the name

hakkyou_seinen_dogra_magra seems reasonable, removing the star and normalizing the spelling of the latter half. (Dogra Magra is a Yumeno Kyuusaku novel.)

lol do you really think I'm an expert on that? Google's spelling correction thing is just good at finding things with the same pronunciation.
