Is there any way to see how much content is blocked or is missing?
There are many different tags i would like to add to searches, and thats mostly what I would want it for... and having doubts that I could ever get invited, but not having any idea how many images are there, makes me hesitant at the very least.
Is there any way to see a number of how many images are hidden/would show up in a 3 tag search?
Pretty sure the only "blocked" content is loli and shota. You won't get any more images outside of those tags, you'll just be able to search using more tags at once. Like how I just used kaga_(kantai_collection)+akagi_(kantai_collection)+rebecca_(keinelove)+mushroom to find post #1622887 without having to sort through all of Rebecca's chibi Kaga posts to find it. I also use a hideous 6-parameter search to find people still improperly using the nail tag to refer to fingernails once in a while.
As to how many posts there are total, go to the Posts page and open the post at the top left of the grid. The number in its URL is the current number of posts on Danbooru including deleted ones.
Do we still restrict regular users from seeing deleted posts? Regardless, there generally isn't too much exciting in there.
The big thing I upgraded for was the tag subscriptions. Having five lists keeping track of twenty of my heartthrobs each is handy.

One can also search for deleted posts, like doing rumia+status:deleted to find post #1610129.
