Still green with the tag request stuff but the former is the post-WWII/Soviet version/upgrade of the latter. Cross-checked the forums to see if there's a discussion of sorts and nothing.

Unless we're keeping Hibiki and Verniy separate for some reason or another.

I think an implication would make sense since it's basically still the same character, like an younger / older version of the same person would be.

Also a lot of verniy posts already contain the hibiki tag anyway.

Less than one page of verniy posts without hibiki, so I guess it makes sense. Done.
