remove implication deepthroat -> fellatio
It's possible for a deepthroat to be either fellatio or irrumatio. It's more common for it to be irrumatio, and the fellatio tag is inappropriate in those cases.
Edit: Though it's oral sex either way, so this implication is still possible:

Are irrumatio and fellatio actually mutually exclusive? Because most irrumatio posts are also tagged with fellatio, an image does not always convey movement, and I cannot find much information on whether fellatio requires the giver to do the movement. Instead, I found on wikipedia: "The English noun irrumatio or irrumation and verb irrumate come from the Latin irrumare, to force one to perform fellatio."
In which case, irrumatio would just be a subset of fellatio, and the chain would be
irrumatio implicates fellatio implicates oral
And deepthroat could still implicate fellatio.
I suppose implicating irrumatio to fellatio could also work practically, but I don't think it's technically accurate.

From the Irrumatio wikipedia article:
"Latin erotic terminology actually distinguishes two acts. First, fellation, in which the man’s penis is orally excited by the [fellator]. Second, irrumation, in which the man (the irrumator)...engages in motions by moving his hips and body in a rhythm of his own choice".
That makes it sound like for it to count as "fellatio", the person whose mouth is in use has to be performing the movement, and that fellatio and irrumatio are two separate things.

That may be the etymology from thousands of years ago, but it doesn't necessarily mean it's still what it means today.

I think we should decide on this one way or the other, rather than leaving it in the middle.
We could make irrumatio and fellatio separate, which I think is the more technically accurate definition. In which case:
remove implication deepthroat -> fellatio
create implication deepthroat -> oral
Or we could make irrumatio a subset of fellatio, which might be what people would intuitively expect without reading the wikis. In which case:
remove implication irrumatio -> oral
create implication irrumatio -> fellatio
I don't particularly care either way, but I think clarifying how these tags should be used one way or the other would be a good idea.
