Artist tagging help

Not sure where to go with this:

Artist Butaneko (ブタネコ, http://www.pixiv.net/member.php?id=3744115, id fa27583) has at least one image on this site that I'm aware of. See post #1042471.

However a different artist named butaneko (豚猫, http://www.pixiv.net/member.php?id=128444, id butaneko3939) has this artist tag in use already.

Okay, so I figured just use the ID in the image URL: fa27583, but no, that's not descriptive and I think I remember we quit tagging artists with artist_name_(user_id) a while back.

So what's the best way to accommodate both artists?

Normally homepage title would work well, but this artist only has a Tumblr. The Tumblr ID isn't descriptive either, but it does have a header title of 豚猫飯店 (Butaneko Hanten), so butaneko_(butaneko_hanten) should suffice.

Looking at the Artist History, 3 URLs were removed by user #296881 (Saegrimr), most likely after the artist closed their first Pixiv account.
I've restored the URLs for now.

The tag is currently linked with two accounts. I'm not sure if they are the same person.

1) Yukinon (雪乃ん) - Illustrator, a member of circle Tsukikoubou
2) Jeolchwiseon (절취선, lit. "cutting line") - Korean artist whose pixiv nickname is "--------"
