I would like to request that the sandragh wiki page be changed to the proper artist tag or deleted so that I could properly make the new artist wiki page. I don't know why it took me this long to notice that there is a "New" link to make artist wiki pages when the Artists link at the top of the page is clicked. >.<

I made a new entry (artist #95059) for sandragh. There's no need to delete the wiki, since it is used as part of the artist entry. The tag, wiki, and artist entry are connected by their name.

I tried doing that, but the page to edit the text was the plain, not artist entry, wiki page, so I left it alone to post here.

Thanks. So for future images, make the artist entry, then the wiki page if it still isn't entered correctly, right?

When making the artist entry, anything you type in the "Body" field will be automatically entered into the wiki page, so you don't need to make/edit the wiki separately (although you can if you want to).

Do you mean clicking the question mark next to the tag prompted you to create a normal wiki instead of an artist?
If that happened, then it's because sandragh was still a normal blue tag and wasn't registered as a red artist tag. To do that you need to type artist:sandragh and it will change to red.
