I was browsing through kamen_rider series and I found that this girl post #699565 is tagged as no_humans. Is that incorrect use of the tag or am I missing something?

According to the wiki, it's incorrect.

Use this tag when no humans (or humanoids, e.g. human-looking homunculus, youkai, or the like) are visible in the picture.

Are (some of) these technically contradicting? Gardevoir seems the be the most common one in the results.
