Note search by user

You can now search for notes by user, either from the user's profile page or from a user search. It will display the entire history for each note so you'll know if they actually changed text or just moved the note around.

The number of notes edited doesn't correspond to the search results count. Try my profile.

Also, for large note histories, going to the any page yield the same result as the first page. post #132447

That's because every edit counts. If you add a note, save the changes, and then edit the same note again, you'll get two note edits.

The problem is... I never did re-edit notes for that post. All I did was click "Add translation", position it, edit then saved. That for all 5 of them.

Thanks for the fix. I can live without the note number inconsistency since it's pretty trivial now that I think about it.
