ゆるゃ is not romanized as yuruya. るゃ doesn't have any romanization or pronunciation.
We could use the keyboard romaji of "yuruxya", but I think igatto is unique enough.

Though we need to do something. The argument in favor of yurya is that, I think, the 'u' version of a syllable is usually chosen when someone wants to drop the vowel and just go for the consonant in a made-up word. At least I've seen some examples before. Otherwise, simplifying it to yuruya could be acceptable. The user isn't making it easy to us so we should only spend so much time thinking about it.
For now I'll just leave it igatto though.

Actually the tag is dugan, not sugan, so the dugan -> zugan_(berugkamp) alias still needs to be entered.

Both of these are the same artist, linked to some of the same sites. The wiki for "moso" states that it's the reading, but there is no furigana in the entry which leads me to wonder if the wiki editor saw any or was just going off romaji the artist gave (if you remember, henmere, do you have any idea?). Looks like もそ would be an unlikely reading of the kanji. No source I checked acknowledges も as a possible reading of 妄, though そ apparently is a possible reading of 想. The artist uses "mouso" in their email. This is all rather confusing...
