Which is labeled as 10m being the artist, I'm assuming it's the same person under a different alias. Can someone verify?
Would it be possible to make neikiddojeneraru into nakedgeneral seeing as thats his twitter names and its just a really lazy romanization of ネイキッドジェネラル

Might be worth mentioning that I did do a manual edit for this a month or two ago, although there was a new user who changed the tags back (which were then reverted). Just noticed that the artist page for li_(liras) was also deleted.
I'm assuming the user removing the tags, aswell as the artist page is the actual artist. Unsure what should actually be done in these cases though..
