how many "chances, or strikes", can u get before ur banned from forums? cuz gaiaonline.com <-(promoting) still hasnt banned me for some reason, and why cant there be a forum for chats? kinda limits freedom.....like microsoft does on the 360.....dont be a microsoft!

also, can i post pics that arent anime..........or creepy as hell? cuz i got some funny shit man........and some creepy shit that isnt necessarily anime
