Does the ad page actually reload itself and completely replace the original page (interstitial) or load on top of it like a popup? Sounds like the former.

Except no, because Opera is a piece of shit that can barely open a plain text page without fucking it up, and Firefox eats memory quicker than Pacman eats dots.
