Tag Alias: yuyuko's_fan_pattern -> yuyuko's_fan_design

Aliasing yuyuko's_fan_pattern -> yuyuko's_fan_design.

Reason: Just to prevent confusion later on since the former was in use.

Do we want to alias the latter to goshoguruma or "charisma fan" since both are used on the wiki evidently.

See forum #68872 for that.

I'd prefer using her full name for the tag
saigyouji_yuyuko's_fan_design over given name only because of accuracy and having the tag appear directly under the character tag on every post.

Please also rename/move the wiki from yuyuko's fan design to saigyouji yuyuko's fan design

may i also suggest the tag aliases (and shorter too) as used in the wiki and forum #68872 :

charismatic_fan -> saigyouji_yuyuko's_fan_design
charisma_fan -> saigyouji_yuyuko's_fan_design
