It makes sense thusfar but if it gets really broad where people are adding posts of Marisa walking from location to location or something I can see deleting it.

I suppose you're right. too vague, considering even situations where a character saying "im tired of walking" could constitute "why not just fly?"
went ahead and deleted. was gonna cause too much confusion in the long run.
pool #4066 - Heart of string, is solid tag material.
Though since it's brand new it may be worthwhile to let it float a little while to help it getting populated by other users.

It seems like some of them fall under an idea of a character doing something but screwing up and defeating the purpose of the action in the first place i.e. sitting down to pee but not removing the underwear first, but... the description of the pool is just like the "You're not helping!" pool and a good chunk of the images contained in it don't seem to follow much of a theme.

I think album_cover tag serves this purpose, plus it isn't fair that the concept should be limited to Touhou. A search for album_cover + copyright/character should do a good job for other copyrights as well.

They are not all properly tagged, though, which ought to be fixed first before deletion.
I think you're overlooking some important aspects of pool #4125. The pool says it can be used for "Album cover art, CD label art, back cover art, sleeve art, you name it." The album_cover tag would only cover one portion of that. Furthermore the pool is designed to cover true existing albums, where the tag itself states that it can be used for both real and fake album covers.
The pool also says that it is supposed to be order by chronological release dates, which is something that would be impossible simply using tags.

I'd intended that pool to be for exceptional amounts. On the other end of that spectrum, the tag's been used for things like post #919411 and post #979732.
